Generally it’s a wear and tear issue or if you want to change the color. Aside from those two reasons, your house should be repainted every 8 to 10 years.

We use the finish that the customer chooses, but we recommend Eggshell finish on walls, Flat finish on ceilings and Semigloss finish on trim and doors.

Remove items, especially delicate items, from the walls and surrounding areas.

Except for special circumstances, we remove furniture and cover. We also do any prep work in advance of painting, such as spackle, sanding and caulking.

For exterior work, we work in all conditions except rain and excessive heat or cold. For interior work, we work in all conditions.
